Ever since its establishment in December 2005 the Human Resource Management Service has realised cooperation with numerous donors via projects and established contacts with international and regional institutions in different aspects of human resource management.
Projects:
• Development of Modern Human Resource Management in Public Administration of the Republic of Serbia - the project was funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) and implemented by the Swedish Institute for Public Administration (SIPU);
• DIAL-Technical Assistance for the Preparation and Implementation of Administrative Legislation - Phase 2, Republic of Serbia. An EU-funded project managed by the European Agency for Reconstruction;
• DIALcb-Complementary services to Technical Assistance for the Preparation and Implementation of Administrative Legislation - Phase 2, Republic of Serbia. An EU-funded project;
• Human Resource Development. A project funded by the World Bank;
• Improvement of Civil Servants` Knowledge and Skills in the Implementation of the Law on General Administrative Procedure, 2008. A project funded by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation;
• Strengthening the Capacity of Civil Servants to Conduct Administrative Procedures More Efficiently and Effectively, 2009. A project funded by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation;
