Who we are
Human Resource Management Service is a service of the Government which was established in December 2005 in accordance with the Law on Civil Servants.
Our Role is
To provide continuous support to the reform of public administration in accordance with the principles of professionalism, depoliticization, rationalization and modernization set out by the Public Administration Reform Strategy. To ensure the implementation and further development of establis-hed standards and procedures in processes that make up Human Potential Management in public administration.
Our Goal is
To be aware of, adopt and introduce the latest scientific methods and technologies in the field of human potential management; to lead and direct; to develop more quickly and efficiently than those we lead and direct; to keep pace with the times; to be a modern service and bearer of changes in the area of personnel management.
